VisitLedger is a local-first work ledger. We do not sell your data, show advertising, or use your ledger for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Data kept on your device

Your business name, app and report languages, default currency, appearance, Face ID choice, permission state, and automation preferences remain on your device. Face ID authentication is performed by iOS; VisitLedger does not receive or store biometric data.

Optional private iCloud sync

If you enable private iCloud sync, client, work, expense, repeat-rule, deletion, and optimized receipt-image records are stored in your Apple ID’s private CloudKit database and synchronized across your devices. Client map pins may include precise coordinates. Sync is eventually consistent and uses your iCloud storage allowance. Device preferences do not sync.

Receipts, location, diagnostics, and purchases

Receipt recognition runs on device. VisitLedger stores an optimized JPEG with an expense and does not send the original camera file to an advertising or analytics service. Location is optional: only client pins you explicitly enable are monitored. The app may save a final distance while work is active; it does not retain a route or continuous location history.

Anonymous diagnostics are off by default. If enabled, aggregate counters stay on the device until you explicitly export them; they contain no client, location, amount, receipt, or note data. Apple processes subscriptions and payments. VisitLedger receives entitlement status, not payment-card information.

Data retention and deletion

Ledger records are kept until you delete them; there is no automatic one-year deletion window. You can delete individual records, remove receipts, export a complete backup, or clear the ledger and its synchronized copy after confirmation.

可选的 iCloud 私有同步

开启后，客户、工作、费用、重复规则、删除记录和优化后的收据图片会存入你 Apple ID 的 CloudKit 私有数据库，并在你的设备间同步。客户地图 Pin 可能包含精确坐标。同步为最终一致，会使用你的 iCloud 存储空间；设备偏好不同步。

收据、定位、诊断与购买

收据识别在设备上完成。App 会为费用保存优化后的 JPEG，不会将相机原文件发送给广告或分析服务。定位是可选的：仅监控你明确启用的客户地点。工作进行时可保存最终里程，但不保留路线或持续定位历史。

匿名诊断默认关闭。开启后，聚合计数仍保留在本机，只有你主动导出时才会离开设备；其中不包含客户、位置、金额、收据或备注。订阅和付款由 Apple 处理，VisitLedger 只获取权益状态，不获取支付卡信息。

数据保留与删除

账本记录会一直保留，直至你主动删除；不会在一年后自动清除。你可以删除单条记录、移除收据、导出完整备份，或在确认后清空账本及其同步副本。
